ESPAÑOL: TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES PARA EL ALQUILER DE BICICLETAS ENTRE EL CLIENTE Y Two Fine Wheels
- Reserva, Entrega y Pago:
1.1 El pago del precio del alquiler y de cualquier servicio adicional deberá realizarse al realizar la reserva.
1.2 El arrendatario recibe la(s) bicicleta(s) en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Desde el momento de la entrega, el arrendatario asume la responsabilidad exclusiva de la(s) bicicleta(s).
1.3 Solo alquilamos previa presentación de un documento de identidad o permiso de conducir válido y nos reservamos el derecho a solicitar un depósito de seguridad.
1.4 El arrendatario está obligado a informar de cualquier defecto o daño en la(s) bicicleta(s) al recibirla. Los daños que se produzcan durante el período de alquiler deben notificarse de inmediato y el arrendatario será responsable de todos los gastos incurridos para su reparación.
- Cancelación y Rescisión/Desistimiento:
2.1 Si se cancela una reserva hasta 30 días antes del inicio del período de alquiler, se reembolsará el 50% del importe del alquiler. No se realizarán reembolsos por cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 30 días de antelación al inicio del alquiler.
2.2 No se realizarán reembolsos por rescisión anticipada del contrato de alquiler ni por no presentarse.
- Devolución:
3.1 El período de alquiler se estipula vinculantemente en el contrato. El lugar y la hora de devolución forman parte del contrato. Una devolución tardía supondrá un cargo del 200 % del precio del alquiler, así como cualquier coste derivado, en particular, la pérdida de un alquiler posterior.
3.2 Se reembolsará el depósito de seguridad una vez que el equipo se devuelva limpio, incluyendo todos los accesorios. Se podrá deducir un cargo por limpieza de 10 € por devoluciones sucias o en condiciones inaceptables.
- Responsabilidad, Daños, Accidentes y Robo:
4.1 El uso del equipo, la participación en actividades deportivas y las visitas guiadas son por cuenta y riesgo del arrendatario. El arrendatario declara estar física y mentalmente apto para participar en la actividad.
4.2 Two Fine Wheels no se responsabiliza de los daños que el arrendatario o terceros sufran por el uso de la(s) bicicleta(s) y sus accesorios.
4.3 El arrendatario es el único responsable en caso de robo. Está obligado a mantener la(s) bicicleta(s) y sus accesorios seguros en todo momento y nunca dejarlos desatendidos. Por la noche, la(s) bicicleta(s) y sus accesorios deberán guardarse en un lugar seguro con llave. En caso de pérdida, el arrendatario deberá pagar el valor de reposición. Este se calcula de la siguiente manera: 4.3.1 Bicicletas con menos de 18 meses de antigüedad: precio de compra original // 4.3.2 Bicicletas con más de 18 meses de antigüedad: 75% del precio de compra original. Se puede consultar la lista de precios de las bicicletas si se solicita; de lo contrario, se aplicará el precio de venta recomendado por el fabricante.
4.4 El arrendatario es responsable de los daños a la(s) bicicleta(s) y de los daños consecuentes derivados de su uso, incluidos los daños a terceros y al propio ciclista. El arrendatario es responsable de todos los gastos no cubiertos por el seguro. Esto también aplica a los daños en la pintura del cuadro.
4.5 El arrendatario acepta expresamente que los datos de su tarjeta de crédito se utilicen para cubrir cualquier daño. Todos los gastos derivados de daños o robo deberán abonarse antes de la fecha de devolución acordada.
- Entregas:
5.1 Two Fine Wheels ofrece entrega y recogida de bicicletas a partir del 16 de marzo de 2026.
5.1.1 Debido a las limitaciones técnicas actuales, se pueden reservar entregas online para fechas anteriores al 16 de marzo de 2026 que tecnicamente no se puede realizar. Para todas las alquileres antes el 16. de marzo de 2026 se acuerda la recogida y devolución de las bicicletas en la tienda „Avinguda Benvinguts 3, 07660 Cala d’Or“. Se reembolsará el importe de la entrega al realizar la reserva.
5.2 La entrega es un servicio adicional al alquiler de bicicletas. El coste se calcula automáticamente al introducir la dirección y constituye la base del servicio. Si la dirección de entrega real difiere de la proporcionada al realizar la reserva, se aplicará un recargo del 200% del precio indicado por kilómetro adicional.
5.3 Costes: El precio base de entrega es de 30 €. Esto incluye la entrega en un radio de 15 km de la tienda ubicada en „Avinguda Benvinguts 3, 07660 Cala d’Or“. Cada kilómetro adicional cuesta 2 €, con una distancia máxima de entrega de 82 km. Se ofrecen entregas para pedidos/alquileres con un valor mínimo de 70 €. Las entregas son gratuitas para pedidos/alquileres con un valor mínimo de 500 €.
5.4 Día y hora de entrega: Por motivos logísticos, la planificación de la ruta y la programación de la entrega se realizarán aproximadamente entre 1 y 7 días antes del inicio del alquiler. Se considerarán todas las solicitudes especiales, siempre que sea posible, por orden de llegada. El procedimiento y la hora exactos de entrega se comunicarán al cliente por correo electrónico. Un retraso en la entrega del artículo alquilado debido a circunstancias ajenas al proveedor (incluyendo, en particular, retrasos por tráfico intenso y accidentes) no constituye un defecto y no es motivo de reembolso ni de cancelación del alquiler. Por razones logísticas, siempre se acuerda un plazo de 90 minutos para la entrega.
- Varios:
6.1 Two Fine Wheels ofrece un servicio de asistencia en carretera con un coste de 3 € por kilómetro desde la tienda (véase la dirección en el apartado 5.3). Su disponibilidad no se puede garantizar por razones logísticas y, por lo tanto, no forma parte del contrato.
6.2 Se recomienda encarecidamente a los arrendatarios que contraten un seguro de responsabilidad civil y contra robo.
6.3 Two Fine Wheels se reserva el derecho de cancelar la actividad o el alquiler sin previo aviso y sin reembolso si el cliente se encuentra bajo los efectos de drogas o alcohol.
6.4 Si la bicicleta reservada no está disponible, se podrá proporcionar una bicicleta de sustitución con las mismas características como compensación. Se reembolsará cualquier diferencia de precio.
Jurisdicción:
Para cualquier controversia derivada de este contrato, se acuerda la legislación española y la jurisdicción del tribunal competente, salvo que disposiciones imperativas dicten lo contrario.

ENGLISH: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BICYCLE RENTAL BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND Two Fine Wheels
- Booking, Handover, and Payment:
1.1 Payment of the rental price and any additional services is due upon reservation.
1.2 The renter receives the bicycle(s) in perfect working order. From the moment of handover, the renter assumes sole responsibility for the bicycle(s).
1.3 We only rent upon presentation of a valid identity card or driver’s license and reserve the right to request a security deposit.
1.4 The renter is obligated to report any defects or damage to the bicycle(s) upon receipt. Damage occurring during the rental period must be reported immediately, and the renter is responsible for all costs incurred in repairing the damage.
- Cancellation and Termination/Withdrawal:
2.1 If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the rental cost will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental period begins.
2.2 No refund will be issued for early termination of the rental agreement or no-shows.
- Return:
3.1 The rental period is bindingly agreed upon in the contract. The location and time of return are part of the contract. A late return will incur a fee of 200% of the rental price, as well as any consequential costs, in particular, the loss of a subsequent rental.
3.2 Any security deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in a clean condition, including all accessories. A cleaning fee of €10 may be deducted for returns in a dirty or unacceptable condition.
- Liability, Damage, Accidents, and Theft:
4.1 Use of the equipment, participation in sports activities, and guided tours are at the renter’s own risk. The renter declares that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activity.
4.2 Two Fine Wheels is not liable for damages incurred by the renter or third parties through the use of the bicycle(s) and accessories.
4.3 The renter is solely liable in case of theft. The renter is obligated to keep the bicycle(s) and accessories secure at all times and never leave them unattended. At night, the bicycle(s) and accessories must be stored in a secure, lockable room. In case of loss, the renter must pay the replacement value. This is calculated as follows: 4.3.1 Bicycles less than 18 months old: original purchase price // 4.3.2 Bicycles older than 18 months: 75% of the original purchase price. A price list for the bicycles can be viewed upon request; otherwise, the manufacturer’s recommended retail price applies.
4.4 The renter is liable for damage to the bicycle(s) and consequential damages arising from its use, including damages to third parties and the rider themselves. The renter is responsible for all costs, which are not covered by insurance. This also applies to paint damage to the frame.
4.5 The renter expressly agrees that their credit card details may be used to settle any damages. All costs due to damage or theft must be paid by the agreed return date.
- Deliveries:
5.1 Two Fine Wheels offers bicycle delivery and collection starting March 16, 2026.
5.1.1 Due to current technical limitations, deliveries can be booked online for dates prior to March 16, 2026. These cannot be fulfilled, and collection and return of the bicycles at the store „Avinguda Benvinguts 3, 07660 Cala d’Or“ is the agreed arrangement. Payments made for delivery at the time of booking will be refunded.
5.2 Delivery is an additional service to bicycle rental. The cost is automatically calculated upon address entry and forms the basis of the service. If the actual delivery address differs from the address provided at the time of booking, a surcharge of 200% of the quoted price per additional kilometer will be charged.
5.3 Costs: The base price for delivery is €30. This includes delivery within a 15km radius of the store at „Avinguda Benvinguts 3, 07660 Cala d’Or“. Each additional kilometer costs €2, with a maximum delivery distance of 82km. Deliveries are offered for orders/rentals with a minimum value of €70. Deliveries are free of charge for orders/rentals with a minimum value of €500.
5.4 Delivery Day and Time: For logistical reasons, route planning and scheduling of the handover will take place approximately 1-7 days before the rental period begins. Any special requests will be considered where possible and in the order they are received. The exact handover procedure and time will be communicated to the customer via email. A delayed handover of the rental item due to circumstances beyond the supplier’s control (including, in particular, delays due to heavy traffic and accidents) does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the rental. A 90-minute time window for the handover is always agreed upon for logistical reasons.
- Miscellaneous:
6.1 Two Fine Wheels offers a breakdown service at a cost of €3 per kilometer from the shop (address see 5.3). Its availability cannot be guaranteed for logistical reasons and is therefore not part of the contract.
6.2 Renters are strongly advised to take out liability and theft insurance.
6.3 Two Fine Wheels reserves the right to cancel the activity or rental without prior notice and without refund if the customer is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
6.4 If a booked bicycle is unavailable, a replacement bicycle of the same specifications can be provided as compensation. Any price difference will be refunded.
Jurisdiction:
For any disputes arising from this contract, Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the competent court are agreed upon, unless mandatory provisions dictate otherwise.

1. booking, handover and payment:
1.1 Payment of the rental price and ancillary services shall be made upon reservation.
1.2 The Hirer shall receive the bicycle(s) in perfect technical condition. The hirer has sole responsibility for the bicycle(s) from the time of handover.
1.3 We only rent out on presentation of an identity card or driving licence and reserve the right to charge a security deposit if necessary.
1.4 The Hirer is obliged to report any defects or damage when taking over the bicycle(s). Damage during the hire period must be reported immediately and the costs incurred for repairing the damage must be borne by the hirer.
2.Stornierung und Abbruch/ Rücktritt:
2.1 If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental costs will be refunded. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, no refund will be made.
2.2 No money will be refunded if the rental is cancelled or not taken up.
3. return:
3.1 Die Mietdauer wird verbindlich im Vertrag vereinbart. Ort und Zeitpunkt der Rückgabe sind Vertragsbestandteil. Bei verspäteter Rückgabe wird eine Gebühr von 200% des Mietpreises berechnet, sowie die Folgekosten, insbesondere eine ausfallende folgende Vermietung.
3.2 Any deposit retained will be refunded if the equipment is returned in a clean condition, including all accessories. If the equipment is returned in a dirty, unacceptable condition, €10 may be retained for cleaning.
4 Liability, damage, accidents and theft:
4.1 The use and sporting activity as well as participation in guided tours is at your own risk. The hirer declares on their own responsibility that they are in good health to take part in the activity.
4.2 Two Fine Wheels haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch den Gebrauch des Fahrrades/ der Fahrräder und dem Zubehör dem Mieter oder Dritten entstehen.
4.3 Der Mieter haftet alleinig bei Diebstahl. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, das Fahrrad/ die Fahrräder sowie das Zubehör immer gesichert aufzubewahren und nie unbeaufsichtigt zu lassen. Nachts muss das Fahrrad/ die Fahrräder sowie das Zubehör in einem gesicherten, abschließbaren Raum abgestellt werden. Bei Verlust hat der Mieter den Wiederbeschaffungswert zu entrichten. Dieser berechnet sich wie folgt: 4.3.1 Fahrräder weniger als 18 Monate alt: Neupreis // 4.3.2 Fahrräder älter als 18 Monate: 75% des Neupreises. Eine Preisliste der Fahrräder kann auf Antrag eingesehen werden, es gilt ansonsten der UVP des Herstellers.
4.4 The Hirer shall be liable for damage to the bicycle/bicycles and consequential damage to third parties and the rider himself/herself resulting from their use. The costs are to be borne in full by the renter and are not insured. This also applies to damage to the paintwork on the frame.
4.5 The Hirer expressly agrees that the credit card details may be used to pay for any damage. All costs arising from damage or theft must be paid by the time of the agreed return.
5. Lieferungen:
5.1 Two Fine Wheels bietet ab 16.3.2026 die Lieferung und Abholung von Fahrrädern an.
5.1.1 Aus technisch derzeit nicht vermeidbaren Gründen sind Lieferungen online auch für Termine vor dem 16.3.2026 buchbar. Diese können nicht ausgeführt werden und es gilt die Abholung und Rückgabe der Fahrräder im Geschäft „Avinguda Benvinguts 3, 07660 Cala d´Or“ vereinbart. Die bei Buchung geleisteten Beträge für die Lieferung werden erstattet.
5.2 Eine Lieferung ist eine zusätzliche Dienstleistung zur Fahrradmiete. Die Kosten werden bei Adresseingabe automatisch kalkuliert und Grundlage der Dienstleistung. Bei abweichender tatsächlicher Lieferung von der bei Reservierung angebeben Adresse beträgt der Aufschlag pro Mehrkilometer 200% des angebenen Preises.
5.3. Kosten: Grundpreis einer Lieferung sind 30€, dies beinhaltet eine Lieferung von 15km Strecke vom Geschäft „Avinguda Benvinguts 3, 07660 Cala d´Or“. Jeder weitere Kilometer kostet 2€, die maximale Lieferdistanz beträgt 82km. Lieferungen werden ab einem Warenwert /Mietpreis von 70€ angeboten. Lieferungen ab einem Warenwert/ Mietpreis von 500€ sind kostenfrei.
5.4 Liefertag und -zeit: Aus logistischen Gründen wird die Routenplanung und Zeitvereinbarung der Übergabe ca 1-7 Tage vor Mietantritt stattfinden. Etwaige Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit und in Reihenfolge der Bekanntgabe berücksichtigt. Der genaue Ablauf der Übergabe sowie die Uhrzeit werden dem Kunden per E-Mail bekanntgegeben. Eine verspätete Übergabe der Mietsache aufgrund von dem Lieferanten nicht zurechenbaren Umständen (dazu zählen insbesondere Verspätungen durch erhöhten Verkehr und Unfälle) sind kein Mangel und kein Grund für eine Rückerstattung oder Nichtantreten der Miete. Ein Zeitfenster von 90 Minuten für die Übergabe ist aus logistischen Gründen immer vereinbart.
6.Sonstiges:
6.1 Two Fine Wheels bietet einen Pannendienst an der 3€ pro Kilometer Distanz zum Geschäft (Adresse siehe 5.3) beträgt. Dessen Verfügbarkeit kann aus logistischen Gründen nicht garantiert werden und ist daher kein Vertragsgegenstand.
6.2 Den Mietern wird ausdrücklich empfohlen, eine Haftpflicht- und Diebstahlversicherung abzuschließen.
6.3 Two Fine Wheels behält sich das Recht vor die Aktivität bzw. Miete ohne weitere vorherige Ankündigung und ohne Rückerstattung abzubrechen sofern der Kunde unter Drogen- und/oder Alkoholeinfluss steht.
6.4 Sofern ein gebuchtes Fahrrad nicht verfügbar ist kann ein Ersatzrad gleicher Eigenschaften als Ausgleich zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Eventuelle Preisunterschiede werden erstattet.
Place of jurisdiction:
For any disputes arising from this contract, the application of Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the competent court shall be agreed, provided there are no mandatory provisions to the contrary.
